Data governance commitment

CORVION TECH provides enterprise AI solutions and automated workflows engineered to maintain strict client data isolation. We implement technical and administrative safeguards designed to ensure client telemetry, operational workflows, and proprietary records are processed only as contracted.

01

Information collection

Types of technical, account, and operational telemetry gathered during service delivery.

We collect information required to deliver, secure, and monitor our automated systems. This includes account credentials, technical contact details, device telemetry, access timestamps, and API integration logs. Operational data submitted through client interfaces is handled strictly to execute agreed automated workflows and maintain system resilience.

02

Utilization of business data

How authorized information serves workload execution and technical operations.

Collected data is utilized strictly for system orchestration, workflow verification, operational telemetry, and preventive infrastructure maintenance. We do not sell client business information, monetize training sets from proprietary operational inputs, or distribute telemetry to advertising brokers.

03

Enterprise AI privacy standards

Guarantees regarding proprietary client models, prompts, and pipeline segregation.

All client inputs, pipeline context vectors, and operational datasets remain strictly isolated in segregated enterprise environments. Proprietary inputs and output data processed across our automated workflows are never integrated into shared foundation models or cross-tenant datasets without explicit written instruction.

04

Security safeguards

Cryptographic protocols, access permissions, and continuous integrity monitoring.

We apply industry-standard cryptographic protection including TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest. Access controls follow least-privilege administrative standards enforced by hardware-backed multi-factor authentication, perimeter audit logs, and continuous anomaly detection across all compute infrastructure.

05

Third-party processing

Vetted infrastructure vendors and cloud compute providers bound by data agreements.

Where third-party infrastructure providers are contracted for hosting, compute clusters, or encrypted delivery, each processor is held to enterprise data protection agreements that mirror our internal confidentiality, security, and breach notification thresholds.

06

Data retention schedules

Standard retention lifecycles, archival windows, and verified data purges.

Operational logs are maintained for standard regulatory and audit intervals, typically ninety days for transient telemetry and up to seven years for contractual records. Upon contract termination or formal deletion requests, client tenant stores undergo cryptographically verified decommissioning.

07

Contact information for data officers

Direct coordination for privacy reviews, subject requests, and regulatory compliance.

If your organization has questions concerning these standards, wishes to execute a Data Processing Addendum (DPA), or needs to exercise data subject rights under applicable jurisdiction laws, please reach our Data Privacy Office directly.
